Dear Suppliers,
If you have been invited to this public hearing, it is because you appear to have registered your company in SDU's dynamic purchasing system regarding cell sorting and analysis equipment.
The University of Southern Denmark plans to conduct a mini-tender for the purchase of a new qPCR machine for the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Department of Health Services Research at SDU.
The tender will be conducted via SDU’s dynamic purchasing system: "Dynamic Purchasing System regarding the purchase of research and laboratory equipment (2022)" on Lot "1. Cell sorting and analysis equipment".
The tender is expected to be carried out from approximately 11 February and for the following 15 days, subject to possible changes to the schedule.
In this connection, a consultation on the requirements specification for the tender will be held.
The consultation is conducted because, during the tender procedure itself, SDU will not be able to make changes to fundamental elements of the tender material. As most changes to the material are often considered fundamental, we therefore encourage all interested suppliers to submit their comments on the requirements specification during this consultation, as this will allow us to make adjustments at this stage.
In connection with the consultation, it will also be possible to submit questions to SDU regarding the planned purchase. There is no guarantee that SDU will respond to questions. If responses are provided, they will be published in anonymized form via the consultation.
We hope to hear from you—even if only to learn whether you are interested in the task and consider the requirements specification to be adequate.
If you are interested in participating in the upcomming tender, please make sure, that your ESPD and contact informations is updated in the dynamic purchasing system in Comdia.
