Create a profile on Comdia – follow our guide

With a profile on Comdia* you get the opportunity to present your company to a wide range of public organizations and purchasers.

Creating a profile is free and can be completed in five minutes.

The profile gives access to apply for admission to one or more supplier lists on behalf of your company, bid on tenders from public contracting authorities, participate in relevant market dialogues, follow tenders, and make your company visible to a wide range of public contracting authorities.

Reasons for creating a profile:

  • Bid on public tenders
  • Become registered on supplier lists
  • Engage in dialouge with contracting authorities
  • Get an overview of upcoming tenders

How to get started on Comdia

  1. Create a profile on Comdia, describe your company by using the references, trade categories, etc.

  2. Select the activities that are relevant to your company
    1. Do you need to be registered on one or more supplier lists?
    2. Do you need to participate in a market dialog?
    3. Do you need to monitor one or more tenders listed in the public procurement plans?
    4. Do you want to be notified about tenders in your field with our tender monitoring service?

  3. You will automatically receive an email if there is any new relevant information on Comdia or any messages from the contracting authority — for example, a re-approval on a supplier list or an invitation to bid on a task
    1. You get to expand the visibility of your company and solutions.
    2. You'll gain important knowledge about current tenders.
    3. You will have the opportunity to receive assignments from public contracting authorities.

Help with your profile on Comdia?

How do i change my email on my profile?

It is possible to change your email when you have created a profile at Comdia.

To change your email, please send an email to support@comdia.com.

The email must clearly state:

  • The old email address
  • The new email address
  • The company name
How do i change CVR on my profile?

As each company is tied to a unique CVR number, and each CVR number is considered a separate legal entity, it is not possible to change the CVR number of an existing company in Comdia.

If you have ongoing projects or tenders with a contracting authority, you must:

  • If relevant, inform the client that you are changing company form and CVR number

  • Complete and finalise ongoing tasks in the current CVR number.

  • Create a new profile at Comdia with the new CVR number.
    Please note, that it is not possible to associate more than one CVR number with the same email address. Therefore, you must create the new Comdia profile using a different email address. However, if you wish to use your previous email address, please contact us at support@comdia.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Deregister from the supplier list with the discontinuing CVR number.

  • Apply for renewed registration on supplier lists with the new CVR number.

If you do not have ongoing projects or tenders with a contracting authority, you must:

  • Create a new profile at Comdia with the new CVR number.
    If you wish to use your previous email address, please contact us at support@comdia.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Deregister from the supplier list with the discontinuing CVR number.

  • Apply for renewed registration on supplier lists with the new CVR number.

When you no longer have activities on the current CVR number, please send us an email at support@comdia.com stating that you would like the profile to be cancelled.

Cleaning up my profile and deleting former colleagues

If you wish to deactivate an account from your company profile at Comdia please contact us at support@comdia.com (unless you have a license for Comdia Pro)

DPlease be aware that you should manage the deactivated account’s licenses for active tenders, supplier list registrations, etc., before contacting us. Once the profile has been deleted or deactivated, it is not possible to recover this data.

How to check for activity before deactivation:

  • Log in to the profile you wish to delete – if you do not have the login details, but have access to your colleague’s email, you can request a new password and then log in using that

    • If this is possible, you may purchase Comdia Pro for a short period and use the included tools to clean up, transfer relevant data, and delete former colleagues’ profiles. You can read more about Comdia Pro here

When the profile has been cleared for data and ready to be deactivated, please do the following:

  • Send an email to support@comdia.com with details of the profile to be deleted.
    Please note: For security reasons, Comdia Support must be able to verify a clear link between your associated company profile and the profiles you wish to have deleted

Help with bidding on tenders?

I need to add a subcontractor/support unit, how do I do that?

You can add a subcontractor/support unit to your profile by going to "My Comdia".


  • Choose Subcontractors/partners in the menu and add a subcontractor. Please add the necessary information regarding CVR and mail of the profile from the subcontractor. If your subcontractor doesn't have a profile on Comdia, they need to create a user with the same email that you entered when creating the subcontractor. Both CVR and email must match for them to see the ESPD/tender

  • To assign a subcontractor to a tender please assign them directly in the ESPD

  • If there is no ESPD on the project, you can add your subcontractor under 'Information and Communication' on the tender page and select 'Subcontractors'
How do I give colleagues access to a tender/project?

You can grant one or more of your colleagues access to a tender/project for which you are responsible


You do this by:

  • Go to the tender page for the relevant tender and scroll down to the 'Information and Communication' section

  • Choose 'Colleagues' from the submenu- a list of your colleagues will then be displayed below

  • You can choose to provide them with either read-only access or editing rights. Additionally, you can tick the box to CC them on emails, ensuring they are informed about changes and updates regarding the tender.
How do I assign responsibility for a tender/project to my colleague?

The process to assign a tender/project to a colleague:

  • Go to 'My tender/offer'

  • Click the 'Transfer' button next to the relevant tender (located beside the 'View Offer Page')

  • You will be directed to a page where you can choose a colleague from the drop-down list to transfer responsibility to.

Please note you will no longer be able to access the tender page after you have transferred responsibility to a colleague.

If several colleagues need access to the tender/project, the responsible user can grant colleague access. See instructions above.
