The University of Southern Denmark is preparing a re-tender of the Cryogenic Probe Station and, prior to publication, is conducting a short market consultation.

For the purpose of this consultation, SDU has prepared a draft clarification of the economic and financial minimum requirement, including the documentation that would be accepted. The draft text is attached for reference.

The purpose of this consultation is solely to assess whether the requirement, as drafted, is generally feasible and proportionate in the market. The consultation does not form part of a tender procedure, and no individual assessments or pre-approvals will be made.

All requirements and conditions applicable to a future tender procedure will be set out in the published tender material and will apply equally to all potential tenderers.
