Request for Information (RFI) / Market Consultation -Repair and Calibration of Encal3000 Biogas and C6+ Gas Chromatographs

Purpose of the Market Consultation

The Contracting Authority is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) as part of a preliminary market consultation in accordance with applicable EU public procurement principles.

The purpose is to obtain relevant market input to support the preparation of a potential future procurement procedure concerning repair and calibration services for gas chromatographs of the type Encal3000 Biogas and C6+.

This RFI is not a call for competition, and participation will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in any subsequent procurement procedure.

Background

The Contracting Authority operates a number of Encal3000 Biogas and C6+ gas chromatographs used for gas analysis in operational environments.

From time to time, units experience faults requiring troubleshooting, repair, and recalibration.

Preliminary Scope of Services (Subject to Market Input)

• Fault diagnostics and troubleshooting of submitted units

• Repair and service, including replacement of defective components

• Calibration and functional testing

• Documentation of all work performed

Exclusions:

• No on-site services are required

• The Contracting Authority handles deinstallation and reinstallation

• Units are shipped to and returned from the service provider

• Direct dialogues with the participants are expected to be carried out during september
