Invitation to Public Consultation on Tender Material – Digital Wayfinding Solution for the University of Southern Denmark
The University of Southern Denmark (SDU) hereby invites interested suppliers to participate in a public consultation of the tender material for the procurement of a digital wayfinding solution.
The purpose of the consultation is to gather market feedback and ensure that the material is clear, understandable, and appropriately formulated. Input from suppliers will be used in SDU’s continued work to finalise the tender documents.

- Annex 1 – Specification of Requirements
- Annex 2 – Schedule of Prices
- Questions that the Contracting Authority Wishes the Market to Address Specifically (separate accompanying document)
Feedback
SDU welcomes written comments, suggestions, and observations from suppliers on an ongoing basis during the consultation period – however, no later than 30 November. Written feedback should be submitted via the system used for the consultation.
Questions
Suppliers are also welcome to submit clarifying questions regarding the material through the system. SDU will strive to respond to relevant questions but notes that it cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered during the consultation period.
