All Risks Insurance including Machinery Breakdown

Viborg Varme Produktion would like to place an order for an all risks insurance including machinery breakdown. The present call for tender is carried out pursuant to Chapter IV of Udbudsloven (tenders below the threshold).

The terms and conditions for the Machinery Breakdown cover are to be based upon the German terms and conditions - Bedingungen zur Allgefahrenversicherung M-Plus Marsh All Risks Insurance (10/08).

The applicants must have concession to do insurance business in Denmark.

Proof must be provided by the applicants of their financial performance. Rating from credit agents,
Standard & Poor's, Moody's or similar. Minimum rating must be no less than S&P's triple B.

Viborg Varme Produktion A/S can only enter a 1-year agreement for a combined All Risks and Machinery Breakdown insurance cover as the plant is expected to be closed down during 2022.

The overall contract reward criterion is the best price-quality ratio. When selecting the future insurer, Viborg Varme Produktion A/S will use the following selection criteria:

1. Price and price adjustment 60 %
2. Scope of cover and terms 40 %
